“Untamed Garden” is a monotype mixed media print that depicts my garden in Los Angeles. This wild space teems with nature and supports a diversity of plants and animals that call our urban environment home. I use chine colle, color pencil, and layer transparent stencils to create a montage of interconnected images. Color was the guiding force as the print evolved over time.
